Activity Data on Our Platform: When you interact with CocoAI, we record how you engage with the service—including the content you view, save, distribute, your editing actions, and any additional details you supply while using our features. This helps us deliver the full range of functionality available through the platform.
2. Hardware and Session Logs: To maintain stable performance, protect your account, improve your experience, and support communications such as notifications or promotions, we gather specific technical data from your device whenever you access our services. This comprises unique hardware IDs, GAID, handset model, language preferences, nation, advertising tokens, OS type and version, IP number, software release, connection type, network performance metrics, and records of your service interactions.
3. Correspondence and Support Details: When you reach out to us with inquiries or assistance requests, we retain the information you provide—including any attachments—along with your contact identifiers (e.g., telephone number or email address). This enables us to reply to you, resolve issues, and deliver support services.
4. Facial Mapping for Editing Tools: While using certain editing or synthesis capabilities, we detect the coordinates and contours of facial features to process images and generate preview outputs for you. These raw inputs, facial maps, and result files are not retained by us or passed to outside parties. They are used exclusively to operate the tool and improve output quality. If the media you edit contains another individual's facial data, it is your responsibility to notify that person and secure their permission.
5. Remote Processing via Cloud: To handle image and video tasks quickly and accurately, we may transmit your source files or descriptive labels to cloud infrastructure for rendering. This transfer is solely for processing through the relevant features. We do not keep these materials, labels, or associated records beyond the time necessary, and they are never repurposed or shared with third entities.
In order to deliver efficient functionality and improve your overall experience, certain optional features within CocoAI may require access to specific capabilities on your device. We will ask for your explicit approval before enabling these permissions, and we adhere to a policy of gathering only the minimal data necessary for each function. The permissions we may request include:
1. Storage Access: To read from and write to your device's external storage when editing video content.
2. Camera Access: To capture new photos or record video clips directly within the app.
3. Network Connectivity: To enable online services, including fetching and downloading external resources.
The personal data accessible through these permissions is treated as confidential. Should you choose not to grant a particular permission, you will simply be unable to use the associated feature, while all other app functions remain fully available to you. At any time, you may review or adjust your permission settings through your device's system preferences. Granting a permission signifies your consent for us to access and process the related information solely for the purpose of delivering that specific service. Conversely, disabling a permission revokes that consent going forward, and we will cease collecting or using the corresponding data from that point. However, any data we already collected while the permission was active will not be affected by your later decision to turn it off.
We gather and examine information to refine our offerings and make your experience more enjoyable. This information is compiled and reviewed on a collective basis, allowing us to identify trends in how our service is used and to fine-tune our tools accordingly. To provide certain editing and rendering features, CocoAI offers cloud-based processing for images and media you select.
1. Upload Trigger: The upload of your media to our cloud servers occurs only when you manually select a specific feature and actively confirm the action. We do not upload any personal media files in the background or without your direct interaction. The interface clearly informs you before the upload takes place.
2. Data Retention & Deletion: Uploaded images are stored temporarily on our servers solely to complete your immediate processing request. All uploaded original files and their processed results are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 72 hours after the upload is completed. CocoAI do not retain, backup, or use your images for any other purpose (such as training AI models or data mining).
3. Security: All file transfers are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Access is restricted to automated processing systems.
To deliver core features, process analytics, and support in-app purchases, CocoAI integrates with the following third-party software development kits (SDKs). Each SDK may collect and process certain device and usage data as described below. All such processing occurs only after you have consented to this Privacy Policy.
1. AppsFlyer (provided by AppsFlyer Ltd.)
Purpose: Mobile attribution, marketing analytics, and campaign performance tracking.
Data collected: Device identifiers (Android ID, Google Advertising ID), IP address, app install source (referrer), conversion events, and in-app user actions. This data helps us understand how you discovered our app and improve our promotional activities.
2. Google Play Billing (provided by Google LLC)
Purpose: Processing in-app purchases and subscription transactions.
Data collected: Purchase details, transaction history, and order identifiers. We do not store or have access to your full payment card information; all payment data is handled directly by Google Play.
3. Google Install Referrer (provided by Google LLC)
Purpose: Identifying the source (channel) that led to your app installation.
Data collected: Referrer information (e.g., which campaign or ad led to the install) and installation timestamp. This data is used exclusively for attribution analysis.
4. Google Ads Identifier & AppSet ID (provided by Google LLC)
Purpose: Providing anonymized identifiers for analytics and ad performance measurement.
Data collected: Google Advertising ID (AAID) and AppSet ID. You may reset or limit these identifiers at any time via your device settings.
5. Google Sign-In (provided by Google LLC)
Purpose: Enabling Google account-based login and authentication.
Data collected: Only when you actively choose to sign in, CocoAI receive your basic profile information (name and email address) as provided by your Google account. No data is collected passively.
6. Functional Libraries (No Data Collection)
The following tools are used solely for technical operations such as networking, image loading, media playback, local storage, and background scheduling. They do not collect, transmit, or process any personal data: Retrofit & OkHttp (networking), Glide (image loading), ExoPlayer (media playback), DataStore (local preferences), WorkManager (background tasks), and Hilt (dependency injection).

When using our app, you have full control over your data and can delete saved records at any time. We respect your privacy and ensure that data can be deleted. Through the app's settings, you can clear history and other stored information. In addition, uninstalling the app will automatically delete locally stored data. Like many digital platforms, CocoAI employs cookies, pixel tags, and similar mechanisms. Cookies are tiny text files placed on your device's storage that retain details about your interactions with our service.
